Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide customer support to include installation, maintenance, and or site contract support for state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing/processing equipment. Salary Range: $34.00 - $50.00 Per Hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Proactively assist SCREEN SPE by providing onsite/phone support - this includes generating game-plans, providing documentation, communicating to Japan or system experts, and ensuring the issue is fully closed and a summary or lessons learned has been created.

Develop, maintain, and present technical presentations.

Use structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5-Why, Fishbones, KT).

Develop and coach FSEs.

Engage in all SCREEN safety systems (SMBWA, Good Catch, Safety Stand-down, etc.).

Maintains communication regarding technical support activities through meetings, reports, documentation or other means as required.

Job Requirements:

Expert level understanding of technical issues involving the troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of Track or Lithography Process Equipment.

Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds.

May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc.

International travel may be necessary

Must have a valid passport and REAL ID for immediate travel.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or

8 years of related experience in lieu of degree; completion of military technical training and field experience may substitute for an Associate's Degree
