Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Customer Service Representative to support our global semiconductor operations. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted customer support across time zones, handling inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution with precision and professionalism.  Please note: This is a part-time/temporary long-term assignment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, shipment tracking, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, engineering, sales) to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring follow-up and resolution. Assist in processing orders, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Continuously update product and process knowledge to provide informed support.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel 
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, manage time effectively and have a sense of urgency
  • Sage 100 experience a plus
  • CRM a plus
