Description

SCREEN SPE USA is looking for an energetic Account Manager to manage activity in the SBU development site (Oregon).

The Account Manager will drive, own, and develop all manner of clean-etch & track product sales activity in the SBU site. You will develop relationships with regional and key customer contacts in all areas including development, purchasing, Japan, and US factory sites. The Account Manager will promote the extensions of existing platforms residing at the customer's site by supporting design change meetings, promoting co-development projects, and inspiring new technology direction.

The Account Manager will also be responsible for the following areas while the list is not inclusive of everything it should just be used as a general guideline.

Leadership:

*Demonstrate ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all customer representatives from technicians to VP.

*Ability to foster mutual respect, communicate, and work effectively within SEUS and SCREE-Japan organizations.

*Demonstrate the ability to assemble customer perspective from related facts, condense the information to it's core meaning, develop a strategy for opportunities and counteract emerging threats, then drive Screen's full response.

Sales/Business Management:

*Work to meet individual sales objectives for each product or account assigned. Identify resources and tactics needed to achieve objectives given b SEUS Management.

*Thoroughly qualify all new business targets and confirm any forecast changes early/often.

*Manage entire sales process from finding opportunity to final equipment sign off.


Communication:

*Demonstrate effective written and oral communication with Screen staff, remote staff, customer, and Japan Management.

*Demonstrate the ability to manage effective meetings including preparation, meeting execution, summary reporting, and all necessary follow up.

*Understand and communicate all potential risk to Screen business.

Educational Requirements:

BS degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, or Physics. Post Graduate Business courses are a plus.
