REQ 1658 – Service Manager/Hillsboro, OR

 

Site Manager for Oregon customer site. This position is responsible for the leading, staffing and 7x24 scheduling of a world-class field service department.  Responsible for all aspects of tool maintenance repair, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.  Must keep service team trained and scheduled to support customer needs.  Must communicate effectively with SEUS, Customer and Screen Japan.

Desired Qualifications:

1 to 3 years’ service management experience.  Experience and demonstrated skills/ability in the following areas:  Committed to safety and quality work. Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs. Skill in scheduling, staffing, leading a team. Excellent time management skills.  Volunteers for assignments. Excellent judgment. Able to diffuse emotional situations with customers and with employees. Ability to effectively delegate and complete complex tasks assigned.  Maintain calm under pressure.  Maintain a positive perspective. Must also be able to pass a background check.   

Educational Requirements:

5 to 7 years semiconductor experience and associate degree or equivalent military electronics training.
