Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis related to sales performance and inventory levels. This role is critical to optimizing our supply chain operations, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making across logistics and sales functions.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
 - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to logistics, sales, and operations teams.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory planning with sales forecasts and customer demand.
 - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stockouts, and order fulfillment rates.
 - Support demand planning and replenishment strategies using historical data and predictive analytics.
 - Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and recommend data-driven solutions.
 - Ensure data integrity across ERP and inventory systems; troubleshoot discrepancies and improve data workflows.
 - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
 
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
 - Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE100, Ariba).
 - Solid understanding of inventory management principles and sales forecasting techniques.
 - Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
 - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
 - Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python data modeling in a logistics environment.
 
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Analytics with a focus on sales and inventory data.
